Every Palett piece is vintage and one of a kind, so each painting is packed by hand with care before it leaves us.

Shipping

Dispatch
Your piece will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order. Once it’s on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

How we ship
Paintings are shipped from New York, framed and ready to hang. Every piece is carefully wrapped, protected at the corners and packed to travel safely. All shipments are fully insured for their full value and require a signature on delivery.

Delivery times

  • Within the US: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • International: typically 7–14 business days after dispatch

International orders
We ship worldwide. Please note that import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

If your piece arrives damaged
In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged, please email us at hello@palettpalett.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the piece and the packaging. Please keep all the packaging, as the carrier may need to inspect it. We’ll take care of the insurance claim and work with you to find a solution.

Returns

We want you to love your painting. If it isn’t right for your home, you can return it.

How to return a piece

  1. Email us at hello@palettpalett.com within 14 days of receiving your piece, with your order number.
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the piece securely, ideally in its original packaging, and ship it back to us.

Return conditions

  • The piece must be returned in the same condition it was received.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We ask that returns are sent fully insured and with tracking, as we can’t be responsible for pieces lost or damaged in transit back to us.
  • Once we’ve received and checked the piece, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions

  • Bespoke sourcing fees are non-refundable.
  • Trade orders are subject to the terms agreed with your studio. 

A note on vintage pieces

Our paintings are original works, many from the 1940s to the 1980s. Small signs of age, such as gentle wear on a frame, fine craquelure or slight patina, are part of their character and history. We describe and photograph each piece carefully, but if you’d like more photos or details before buying, just email us. We’re happy to help.
